Whispers to the Universe
Gentle prayers I return to, again and again.
I end every day with these prayers and often return to them during the day.
They aren’t about religion, just quiet moments to reconnect with peace, gratitude, and trust.
All prayers come from the book Instant Healing by Susan Shumsky, a collection that has brought me comfort and strength for many years.
You can read them, listen, or simply let them remind you that you’re never alone.
1: Self Authority Affirmation
I AM in control.
I AM one with God.
I AM the only authority in my life.
I AM divinely protected by the light of my being.
I close off my aura and body of light to the lower astral levels of mind, and I now open to the spiritual world.
Thank you, God, and SO IT IS.
3: Prayer for Protection
The light of God surrounds me.
The love of God enfolds me.
The power of God protects me.
The presence of God watches over me.
Wherever I AM, God is!
And all is well!
10: Grounded in Spirit
God’s love fills and surrounds me with comfort.
God’s light fills and surrounds me with peace.
God’s energy fills and surrounds me with blessings.
I AM now lifted into God’s holy presence, which fills and surrounds me with glory.
I AM a radiant being of light, living in the heart of God’s love.
IAM blessed and beloved of God.
I AM now fully grounded in the presence of God.
I AM now centered, steady, and solid in God’s love, and I AM in profound peace.

34: Forgiveness Affirmation
I now fully and freely forgive and release [Insert name of person here].
I loose you and let you go.
You are free, and I AM free.
I let go and let God do perfect work in this situation for the good of all concerned.

63: Overcoming Guilt and Shame
I AM filled with the light of God.
I AM unified with the truth of my being.
I AM a divine being of inner strength, power, light, love, energy, and wisdom.
No matter what I have ever done or how harshly I have judged myself, I now know God loves me unconditionally.
God is the all-merciful forgiving power, the comforter, the all-compassionate, all-understanding light of my life.
All seeming guilt and shame that I have carried in my mind and emotions, from this life, and from any past lives,
is now lovingly healed, blessed, dissolved, loosed, released, and let go, lifted into the light of God, and it is gone.
I now forgive myself fully and completely, knowing I have done the very best I could do,
in every situation and circumstance, according to my level of consciousness at the time.
Therefore, I know I AM free from guilt and shame.
I like myself, I love myself, I accept myself, exactly as I AM: perfect, complete, and whole.

133: Perfect Physical Health
I now call upon the Holy Spirit, the spirit of wholeness,
to bring forth into my body perfect, robust health and well-being.
I AM filled with pranic life force energy, which courses through my body,
energizing and lifting my energy field, and filling me with perfect health.
My body is strong, powerful, and healthy right now.
I AM in perfect physical health.

I AM a money magnet.
I love money, and money loves me.
It comes to me often and stays with me.
